Our cozy, consumer-oriented setting is open for new family members! We are the neighborhood alternative to institutionalized care for the developmentally disabled. Our latest group home is located in quiet Valrico, FL! Our home provides around the clock nursing services with CNA and HHA support as well as personal care services, respite, community inclusion and transportation.
We serve consumers who need a safe and stable environment. Currently, we have one (1) available pediatric bed space for a medically fragile child. Our passion is medically complex children, ensuring they receive the quality, loving care they deserve. Our Registered Nurse develops an individualized plan of care focused on progression in health and quality of life. Our home is equipped with amenities such as on-site laundry, free wifi, large backyard space, activities area, open kitchen & dining, Alexa service in each room, individual TV, and more! We have home outings to engage residents in community inclusion activities if they choose to participate. We have holiday and birthday celebrations, so each consumer will feel right at home as they should.
Families will receive a peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in capable hands. Our Registered Nurse is available 24/7 with Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and experienced caregivers providing direct care daily. Our Nurse Practitioner provides general oversight adding additional health and wellness resources.
